Each year, the Columbia Women’s Business Society organizes a Women's Business Leadership Conference. The conference aims to connect undergraduate students to successful women in a variety of business fields, and to inspire them to achieve their own professional goals in the future.

This year the FWA was proud to be one of the major sponsors of the Conference. FWA Scholars and Students from Baruch College and Seton Hall University attended this exciting and enriching full day conference on Sunday, February 16th, 2020. This year’s conference theme, “Fearless, Focused & Female,” applauded the determination and strength necessary for women to succeed in various areas of business.

The Conference featured an array of speakers who excel in entrepreneurship, consulting, finance, and a variety of other fields. Through a keynote address, several career panels, and meaningful conversations with women who excel in the business world, conference attendees had the opportunity to connect with women who embody personal and professional success. The keynote address was provided by Susan K Reid, Managing Director in Human Resources and Global Head of Diversity & Inclusion at Morgan Stanley. The attendees thoroughly enjoyed the conference and found it to be both informative and inspirational.
