Wall Street Exchange Program

The Wall Street Exchange Summer Program (WSE) is a career development program designed to augment the summer internship experience of select qualified rising college seniors. The program consists of a series of weekly events hosted by top financial services firms and focuses on professional and personal development.

Enhance your finance-related internship this summer with WSE!

Wall Street Exchange has been helping young women and men navigate the competitive financial job market for almost 50 years. WSE is not an internship; it is a career development program designed to augment and compliment your summer internship experience.

Enhance your job search skills, learn about leadership skills, and think strategically about career choices. Participate in weekly events that will help strengthen your skills and prepare you for a successful full-time job search within finance and other related fields such as technology, engineering, or math.

The 2024 Wall Street Exchange Program will be primarily virtual with highly interactive and engaging workshops and webinars hosted by our partner firms. If circumstances permit, we will host one or more events in person in New York City.

Acceptance to WSE is competitive. The Wall Street Exchange Program will accept and review applications on a rolling basis until the program reaches capacity or June 1, whichever is first.
