The FWA’s
Wall Street Exchange (WSE) is a career development program designed to augment and complement the summer internship experience. It was formed in 1976 for upper-level college students working in the New York area who will soon be joining the workforce. Our informative workshops provide insight into professionalism, leadership development, how to network, and creating a powerful plan for your career!

Launched in 2015, the Pacesetter program is a specialized leadership development program for FWA’s President’s Circle companies. The program recognizes outstanding leaders within those companies who exemplify the character, achievement, passion and leadership that is critical to organizational success. Participants of the program receive coaching by an executive coach, attend workshops designed to build key leadership skills, and are able to expand their networks while developing personal and professional bonds with their own cohort and others throughout the FWA.

Give back to the community by volunteering to teach young adults how to be financially savvy. The Financial Literacy program is one of the FWA’s premier outreach programs, and FWA members love the program because they can give back to young adults while also sharpening their presentation skills by teaching the curriculum. Training is provided to members before leading sessions.

FWA impacts students and scholars through a broad range of Next Gen Education Programs dating back to 1976. These programs provide future leaders with the opportunity to receive long-lasting and committed support from professionals in both one-on-one and group environments. Mentoring allows FWA members to give back to the community by helping students build skills necessary for career advancement. In return, mentors benefit from sharing knowledge, developing leadership skills, and by strengthening their interpersonal relationships - enriching experiences which can re-energize one’s career!
