Description:
In this engaging and deeply relatable keynote, financial-services executive and leadership coach Liz Ring Carlson invites women to look beyond the traditional scorecard of success. Drawing from nearly three decades in the industry, along with her experiences in leadership, motherhood, community service, and recovery from significant health challenges, Liz explores what happens when a successful life looks impressive on paper but no longer feels sustainable.
Participants will be introduced to five essential dimensions of a vibrant life: Vision, Vitality, Voice, Value, and Vibrancy. Together, these create a personal leadership compass for making intentional decisions in demanding seasons.
Participants will leave equipped to:
- Examine the visible achievements and hidden costs on their personal “balance sheet”
- Identify where their time and energy are no longer aligned with what they value
- Reconsider the myth of perfect balance and pursue harmony instead
- Use Vision, Vitality, Voice, Value, and Vibrancy to guide important decisions
- Create a more expansive definition of wealth, leadership, and success
Because the fullest measure of success is not only what you build. It is who you become and how fully you are able to live.
