Rene Madden is the Founder and CEO of Elevare Dynamics LLC, where she coaches senior leaders across financial services and asset management on building stronger teams, fixing broken culture, and cutting through operational chaos. She's an ACC-credentialed coach on the BetterUp platform and a member of the Forbes Coaches Council.

 

Before launching Elevare Dynamics, Rene spent 40 years in financial services, holding senior roles at JPMorgan, Morgan Stanley, and Schroders. At JPMorgan Asset Management, she led large-scale digital transformation projects, including a client onboarding portal that cut manual processing time by more than four hours per account.

 

Rene holds an M.S. in Executive Coaching and Organizational Consulting from NYU and is the author of Crush It! Conquer Workplace Challenges. She writes and speaks widely on leadership and career strategy, with her work built around a simple idea: make chaos optional.
