She previously worked as a Change Leader in Middle Office and Product Control roles, bringing a structured, results-oriented approach to her coaching. Kasia specializes in addressing the emotional and psychological challenges women face in rapidly evolving industries, such as perfectionism, fear of "not knowing," and the pressure to constantly prove competence in an AI-driven landscape.

 

 

Fiona Humphrey is a dynamic finance leader with nearly three decades of experience, whose career has spanned the globe, including the world’s major financial centres. Renowned for her risk management acumen and proven ability to deliver ambitious regulatory transformation projects, Fiona has consistently driven impactful organisational change and built high-performing teams within several prominent global institutions. Beyond her executive achievements, Fiona is also committed to making a difference, serving on the board of a non-profit that empowers communities in north-eastern Ghana, as well as supporting the professional development of colleagues and fostering emerging talent within the industry through mentorship.
