She previously worked as a Change Leader in Middle Office and Product Control roles, bringing a structured, results-oriented approach to her coaching. Kasia specializes in addressing the emotional and psychological challenges women face in rapidly evolving industries, such as perfectionism, fear of "not knowing," and the pressure to constantly prove competence in an AI-driven landscape.

 

 

Fiona HumphreyFiona Humphrey is a dynamic finance leader with nearly three decades of experience, whose career has spanned the globe, including the world’s major financial centres. Renowned for her risk management acumen and proven ability to deliver ambitious regulatory transformation projects, Fiona has consistently driven impactful organisational change and built high-performing teams within several prominent global institutions. Beyond her executive achievements, Fiona is also committed to making a difference, serving on the board of a non-profit that empowers communities in north-eastern Ghana, as well as supporting the professional development of colleagues and fostering emerging talent within the industry through mentorship.

              

 

 

Rebecca PattersonBeverly Weed-Schertzer is an American author, IT strategist, and business consultant with over thirty years of experience. She specializes in IT service management, knowledge management, IT governance, and business transformation, working across sectors such as finance, healthcare, insurance, and manufacturing. Her books, including Delivering ITSM for Business Maturity: A Practical Framework and Self Knowledge and Knowledge Management Applications, provide practical frameworks for navigating ITSM and knowledge management challenges. As founder of edifyIT, LLC, Beverly educates and mentors organizations to align technology with business goals, prioritizing people-centered solutions.
