Sri Manchala

Sri Manchala is the CEO of Trianz, a pioneering applied AI technology company transforming how enterprises approach digital transformation. Under his leadership, Trianz has challenged the industry's traditional migration-heavy approach, introducing a revolutionary accelerated path that enables organizations to achieve enterprise-wide cloud, data, and agentic AI readiness in months - not years.

As author of "Crossing the Digital Faultline" and a patent holder, Sri led groundbreaking global research across 20+ industries, analyzing millions of data points on digital transformations. This research revealed the patterns that separate breakthrough results from failure - insights that enabled him to predict the AI transformation challenges organizations face today and architect solutions that bypass them entirely. At the heart of this revolution is Concierto, Trianz's end-to-end transformation platform built on federated data architectures. This 'services as software' model eliminates the time, cost, and risk of massive data migrations, delivering rapid time-to-market advantages that traditional approaches simply cannot match.

Under Sri's vision, Trianz has become a strategic engineering, ISV, and services partner of major cloud providers. Today, leading corporations, governments, and educational institutions across 19 countries are accelerating their transformation journeys with Concierto's federated approach - achieving in months what traditional migration paradigms promise in years

Sri's unconventional journey to technology leadership began at India's prestigious National Defense Academy, where he served as an officer in the Indian Army's Special Forces. This foundation in strategic thinking and mission-critical decision-making shaped his approach to enterprise transformation.
