Join the FWA NJ Committee for a high-impact virtual conversation with Jennifer Musser, author of Align Your Business with the Real You. Jennifer will share her corporate experience, her transition to becoming an entrepreneur and recently an author. Join in the conversation as moderator Pat Haverland discusses with Jennifer some of the key messages of her book. Jennifer’s goal is to meet the reader where they are in their personal and professional journey. The advice she has to offer is relevant for all stages of one’s career development. 

 

Take time to read her book, Align Your Business with the Real You, in order to get the most our of this event. Pat Haverland will discuss with Jennifer some of her key messages and encourage questions posted in the chat of this virtual event. As a participant you will have the opportunity to join a break out room to discuss with other participants what you have read and heard from Jennifer.

Jennifer Musser, author

 

Jennifer Musser is an author, business leader, and strategic consultant with more than 20 years of experience in global consulting, corporate finance, and entrepreneurship. Her approach blends efficiency, intention, and authenticity to deliver real impact.

 

Jennifer knows how to lead businesses, turning complexity into clarity. As the founder of JLM & Associates Consulting, LLC, she helps business leaders strengthen financial operations, streamline processes, save time, optimize performance, reduce risk, and drive meaningful growth with measurable and sustainable results. Her work is guided by a deep belief that business strategy can be both purposeful and practical. 

 

Her award-winning book, Align Your Business with the Real You, encourages readers to reimagine holistic success built on alignment and authenticity. Through connecting, consulting, and speaking, Jennifer brings a practical and human-centered perspective to business strategy rooted in purpose and integrity.

 

She earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Finance) from Villanova University, is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified, and has completed multiple certifications in business strategy.

 

 

Pat Haverland, moderator

 

Pat is an independent Trustee for the Equitable Funds Board of Trustees. She serves as Trustee and governance committee chair for the YMCA Retirement Fund Board of Trustees and is an  Investment Committee member, New York Community Trust. Pat is a retired corporate pension plan chief investment officer for multi-national corporations and pension plans and Employer Representative to the Dept. of Labor ERISA Advisory Council. She holds an MBA in finance from Columbia University; BA in economics and political science from Duke University.
