The FWA is pleased to share that Jonathan Dambrot will be honored as the 2026 Male Ally of the Year at the FWA's 70th Anniversary Gala on October 8, 2026.
Jonathan Dambrot is CEO and Co-Founder of Cranium AI, the independent end-to-end platform for enterprise AI security and governance. He has built a category leader once before — and is doing it again for the AI era.
Before Cranium, Jonathan grew Prevalent from a startup into a Gartner- and Forrester-recognized leader in third-party risk management, through its 2016 sale to Insight Partners. As a Partner at KPMG, he led third-party security globally, launched the firm's AI security services, and incubated Cranium inside KPMG Studio — spinning it out of stealth in April 2023 on a simple thesis: every SaaS application is now an AI application, so every SaaS risk is now an AI risk.

Under Jonathan's leadership, Cranium has grown into the category's independent platform of record — backed by SYN Ventures, Titanium Ventures, and KPMG Ventures — and now secures AI for some of the world's largest regulated enterprises. In May 2026, the company acquired Aiceberg to extend its platform across the full AI lifecycle, from discovery and governance to runtime and agentic protection, and announced global alliances with Weights & Biases, embedding security into model development, and ISTARI, taking enterprise AI governance to market worldwide.
A frequent voice on AI trust, security, and regulation, Jonathan advises boards and policymakers on the risks of autonomous AI and served on New Jersey's AI Task Force innovation subgroup. He holds an MBA from The Pennsylvania State University and is a CISSP and CTPRP.
