Relaunching Your Career During COVID and Beyond

Remember work and home life a mere six months ago? We have all had to reinvent and reimagine everything from how we work to how we homeschool our children to how we ensure our families are safe. And some of us had been reimagining our lives before the COVID-19 pandemic.

In spite of the anxiety and uncertainty, we are confident that you have been creative, resourceful and resilient. It’s time to take stock of your successes and focus on your unique strengths. The Financial Women’s Association (FWA) invites you to invest an hour of your time in our upcoming session, “Relaunching Your Career During COVID and Beyond." Ann Marie Morris will share tangible techniques to help you reimagine your career during this time of uncertainty. We will uncover how you can get a seat at the table, use our power words and create a compelling story that highlights your strengths and expertise in an authentic way. Ann Marie is a talent management expert with over 25 years of experience training, organizational change, and employee engagement. She has worked in a number of sectors including financial services, fintech, media and PR.

In addition, Patti Mittelman will share an overview of the FWA Back2Business Program. In its fourth successful year, Back2Business connects top financial services companies with accomplished mid-career women, and men, who want to return to the workplace after a career break.
