Jack has been with Phaidon International for 9 years, starting in London, and then helping to set up Phaidon's first office in North America - in New York City. Holding various roles within recruitment Jack has progressed through the ranks to now lead the North American Key Account Management and Business Development teams, as well as being responsible for all commercial partnerships.

Jack has an MBA from London School of Economics, a Masters in Corporate Strategy & Governance from Nottingham University Business School, and an Undergraduate degree in Geography, Business & The Environment from the University of Nottingham.

Kareem has been with Selby Jennings (SJ) since 2013 as one of the original members of the brand when it first made its debut in the States. Originally starting out as a recruiter focused on the Risk Management space, Kareem was able to quickly transition into a key leader within the wider business. Today, Kareem leads the Selby Jennings business and New York office where he is responsible for the continuous growth of the brand. Having helped scale SJ to now more than 140 consultants in NYC and 200+ across the U.S., Kareem is dedicated to ensuring that Selby Jennings continues to be ranked as a top institution within the world of financial recruitment. He and his team have impacted the lives of over 750 candidates in the past 12 months and work with some of the most prestigious financial institutions in the world, ranging from Tier one Investment Banks to multi- billion dollar hedge funds.

In her role, Allison is accountable for key account management, business development and overall client experience for 3 of the Phaidon International brands with a focus on the Financial Services Sector.

Allison has over 7 years of recruitment experience functioning in a number of capacities across Pharma / Biotech, Contracts and Financial Services recruitment. She has worked for Phaidon International for 4 years and was originally one of the first two members of the Phaidon International Financial Services Key Accounts team. Since then, she has been promoted twice and has exponentially expanded Phaidon’s key accounts recruitment partnerships regionally and globally. She currently individually manages a portfolio of 10 of the company’s largest accounts, and additionally manages a team of 3 client relations and business development consultants managing upwards of 50 key accounts.

Allison graduated from the State University at Albany with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration cum laude, Marketing Concentration and double minor in Psychology and Sociology.
