Martine Broeders is Vice President, Transformation Initiatives, Strategy & New Business Development, for The Estée Lauder Companies (ELC). In this role, she is responsible for activating and leading strategic transformational initiatives for the company in partnership with the brands, regions, functions, and channels. Martine has worked with The Estée Lauder Companies as a strategy and operations consultant since 2015, where she has played a strong role supporting the Strategy & New Business Development team and helped lead the development of a go-to-market strategy for Estée Lauder’s North American organization to address the shifting dynamics in the distribution and consumer environment. Prior to joining the ELC, Martine worked at Elsevier and A.T. Kearney, Inc., in various strategic and operational roles.

Angela Han is VP of Global Brand Finance & Strategy at The Estee Lauder Companies (ELC). In her role, Angela focuses on maximizing Estee Lauder's businesses and transformational opportunities to deliver ELC's strategic and financial objectives. She is also responsible for leading the coordination and development of the brand's innovation strategy, working in conjunction with the leadership team, to identify the areas of greatest potential. Angela also leads ELC's global performance analytics which includes continuously assessing key drivers of global performance and trends, and ensuring that ELC is investing in the appropriate resources towards the strongest areas of opportunity for the strategic growth of ELC's business. Angela also focuses on driving strategic revenue management, efficiency and cost improvement efforts within the brand, and in partnership with corporate initiatives she leads the annual budget and long range plan development and coordination for all regions and support areas.

Angela brings over fifteen years of progressive experience and results-focused leadership in finance, strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting and operations in companies, such as Revlon and Liz Clairborne. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Finance at Hain Celestial where she managed their natural and organic food, beverage and personal care businesses. Angela holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Emory University and an MBA from New York University's Stern School of Business.

Jessica Ansehl Steinberg is Executive Director, Global Online Finance & Strategy for the Estee Lauder Companies (ELC). In this position, she focuses on investments, strategy and analytics for the ecommerce and omnichannel business across the portfolio, partnering with brands and regions world-wide. Prior to ELC, Jessica held several strategic, financial planning and operations positions in the consumer, retail, healthcare and technology industries while at PepsiCo and the Computer Sciences Corporation. Jessica is active on several Boards including Visiting Nurse Services Westchester, the University of Chicago New York Club, Class Council at the Hackley School and the Sala Family Advisory Council of NYU Langone Hospital. She holds a B.A from the University of Chicago and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

FWA President-elect and Leadership Council Chair

Nina Batson has been an active member of the Financial Women’s Association (FWA) since 2009 and currently is the FWA’s President-Elect and Leadership Council Chair. Prior to her current role, Nina has served as the FWA’s Executive Vice President, Vice President of the FWA’s Engagement and Resources Division, and Membership Chair for several years.

With over 30 years of banking and finance experience, Nina was most recently a Director in the Securitized Products area of MUFG Securities Americas, Inc. specializing in securitization. Prior to her 25 years of service at MUFG, Nina worked for Goldman Sachs, BNP Paribas, and JPMorgan Chase. Her extensive background includes, commercial paper conduit financing, compliance, tax, accounting, risk management, regulatory reporting, syndications, conduit administration, supply chain finance, audit-related aspects and all types of securitization execution.

Nina is a recipient of Markets Choice Awards’ Women in Finance: Excellence in Social Responsibility award, holds her Series 79 and 63 certifications, and received a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Certificate in Accounting, both from Hofstra University.
