Expert Educator, Mary Miele, and Executive Coach, Helen Dayen, are here to help parents and their school-age children thrive as they self-isolate!
Mary and Helen will be sharing tips on:

Helen Dayen specializes in honing executive presence, elevating influential leadership, and fostering stronger professional relationships. Helen enhances the effectiveness of executives and professionals as they face an inflection point in their role by coaching them to become more powerful communicators, leaders, and collaborators.
Strong relationships, communication, and connections are the pillars of success and Helen helps to solidify these qualities in her clients. With a clear message and strong connections, Helen’s clients are able to become greater influencers and take their careers to new heights.
Helen has acted as the executive coach for the New York Society of Securities Analysts members and was the executive coach for the Financial Women’s Association Pacesetters program that coaches the highest achieving high-potential women from its corporate sponsor firms.
Helen has worked with clients from all walks of the financial, fintech, legal, tech and professional services industries including hedge fund investment marketers, partners at Big Law, Private Equity investors, Head of HR and Chiefs of Risk Management from companies such as Goldman Sachs, BNP, White & Case, & GE. She is a former Wall Street veteran who worked as a sales executive in fixed income for Lehman Brothers, and Royal Bank of Scotland where she was responsible for building out and strengthening relationships with over a hundred different institutional/banking clients, in addition to executing multi-million-dollar corporate bond transactions. Helen’s expertise in sales and marketing allows her to bring the transformative power of effective communication to her clients.
Helen is a two-time graduate of New York University’s Stern School of Business. She received her MBA in Management, Finance and Marketing and her BS in Finance and Marketing. Helen lives in New York with her husband, Dimitry, and their three children Andrew, Ben and Evy.
Mary E. Miele
Mary E. Miele is an education expert with over twenty years of experience within the New York City private and public school systems. Mary’s unique approach to consulting has been developed through her experience as a classroom teacher, learning specialist, adjunct professor of special education, parent, and as the creator of Evolved Education, the Evolved Education Paradigm, and the Evolved Teaching School.
Mary holds a B.S. and an M.A.Ed. from New York University Steinhardt School of Education and is permanently certified as a teacher of special education (K-12) by New York State and New York City. She is also a New York State-certified reading specialist (K-12).
Mary Miele is a recipient of The Best Overall Tutoring Business from Clark, a Curriculum Grant Award from The Spence School as well as an Impact II Grant Award. She has held teaching positions at The Hewitt School, The Spence School, The Nightingale-Bamford School, Hunter College, and NYC DOE. She has consulted with the Michigan Association of Intermediate School Administrators, Bio-Behavioral Therapeutics, Forum Education, THINK SRSD, The Lang School, Convent of the Sacred Heart, St. Ignatius Loyola Day Nursery, Alt School, and the Hewitt School.
Active as a parent in the New York City public and private school system, Mary has served as an officer on the Executive Board of Parent Associations. She raises her three children in Manhattan with her husband, Trevor.
