Led by Joyce Sullivan, best known for her Career Reinvention work over the past 10+ years, Joyce will share her strategies on how to reinvent your career through knowing the latest in job search strategies, best networking guidance for your next role, and how to highlight your skills that will meet your next company’s talent needs.
Joyce Sullivan is Senior Vice President, Operations Director at LHH overseeing 18 offices across the Northeast. LHH (formerly known as Lee Hecht Harrison) specializes in career mobility and transition, coaching and leadership development.
Joyce found her way to Career Reinvention after experiencing a job loss in 2008 following the financial services crisis. Using the outplacement services that her company offered at that time, opened up a mindset change regarding how to continually reinvent using the skills you already have to meet the needs of evolving organizations.
As founder of her own firm, SocMediaFin, Inc. that specializes in social media strategies for organizations and individuals, Joyce has worked with numerous companies and executives in relaunching their professional presence through the integration of in-person and online strategies.
In 2011, she joined the leadership team of Socialware, an Austin TX startup, specializing in social media for regulated industries. Following its successful acquisition, Joyce joined the adjunct faculty of The Marxe School of Public and International Affairs at Baruch College teaching social media strategies to young professionals, start-up leaders, non-profit enterprises and community advocates. Her featured speaker spots include SXSW , Apple Store - Soho, and numerous podcasts including a recent interview on Build Your Dream Network.
