This presentation supports leaders that are managing people virtually through remote work during a time of continued change, and uncertainty. This is also a great opportunity to thrive as a leader. How do you as a leader communicate successfully when working remotely? How do you ensure that you are giving feedback successfully when not face-to-face? And are you fostering trust and openness with your team? Zoom and other online platform fatigue is real – how do you keep people engaged during your meetings?

Helen Dayen

Helen Dayen specializes in honing executive presence, elevating influential leadership, and fostering stronger professional relationships. Helen enhances the effectiveness of executives and professionals as they face an inflection point in their role by coaching them to become more powerful communicators, leaders, and collaborators.

Strong relationships, communication, and connections are the pillars of success and Helen helps to solidify these qualities in her clients. With a clear message and strong connections, Helen’s clients are able to become greater influencers and take their careers to new heights.

Helen has acted as the executive coach for the New York Society of Securities Analysts members and was the executive coach for the Financial Women’s Association Pacesetters program that coaches the highest achieving high-potential women from its corporate sponsor firms.

Helen has worked with clients from all walks of the financial, fintech, legal, tech and professional services industries including hedge fund investment marketers, partners at Big Law, Private Equity investors, Head of HR and Chiefs of Risk Management from companies such as Goldman Sachs, BNP, White & Case, & GE. She is a former Wall Street veteran who worked as a sales executive in fixed income for Lehman Brothers, and Royal Bank of Scotland where she was responsible for building out and strengthening relationships with over a hundred different institutional/banking clients, in addition to executing multi-million-dollar corporate bond transactions. Helen’s expertise in sales and marketing allows her to bring the transformative power of effective communication to her clients.

Helen is a two-time graduate of New York University’s Stern School of Business. She received her MBA in Management, Finance and Marketing and her BS in Finance and Marketing. Helen lives in New York with her husband, Dimitry, and their three children Andrew, Ben and Evy.
