She partners with key stakeholders to bring the best expertise to client solutions in the areas of leadership effectiveness, building world class teams, innovation, communications and client-facing sales & service. Break-through thinking and well-designed execution have been the keys to success and results when implementing high-impact engagements. They include companies in financial services, pharmaceutical, professional services and information technology. KnowledgeSources recently received its WBENC certification as a woman-owned business.
Peggy’s passion is around the realization of each individual’s potential and its impact on teams, groups and organizations. She is a champion of mentoring programs, developing the next generation of women leaders and creating cultures of diversity within our communities. She is considered an expert on Whole Brain Thinking and how our thinking drives our decisions both personally and professionally.

Graduating with a business degree from Bowling Green State University in Ohio, she has lived in and enjoyed New York City for the past 25 years. She is actively involved in community organizations, including the Financial Women's Association (FWA) and the Human Resources Planning Society (HRPS). She serves as a board member of the FWA and has been co-chair of their President's Circle Committee for several years along with mentoring at Baruch College. Peggy enjoys yoga, exercise, music, travel and reading.
