Bio:

 

Dr. Helen Krug Von NiddaDr. Helen Krug Von Nidda

 

Dr. Helen Krug von Nidda works at the intersection of career empowerment, leadership transformation and workplace culture in organizations. Her research-backed interventions improve team dynamics, increase employee engagement and strengthen work cultures. She specializes in coaching programmes focused on elevating Women in the Workplace.

 

An executive coach, international speaker, and facilitator with more than 20 years of global experience in human resources with the United Nations, and private sector, Helen has focused her career on coaching, leadership development, and management training in the international development field and human rights sector. Born in London, raised in Switzerland and educated in the US, she has worked and travelled internationally and has extensive team facilitation and coaching experience leading sessions in both French and English on four continents.

 

Helen holds a Doctorate in Education from Columbia University, a Master’s in Human Resources Management, and is a certified Coach and a licensed Career Counsellor. She is also a graduate of Smith College. She has been featured in Forbes, Fast Company, and The Muse.
