I'm a member, how do I make a reservation? |

Send an email to fwaoffice@fwa.org with your name, phone number and the date and title of the event you would like to go to. Or you can make a reservation over the phone (212.533.2141). Telephone reservations commit a member to payment even if she or he subsequently does not attend, unless a cancellation is received by the reserve/cancel date listed in the newsletter for the event.

Print out the reservation form (Adobe Acrobat file), and fax it into the FWA office with your credit card payment. Or you can mail us a check with the reservation form.
