Q. I'm a member, how do I make a reservation?
A. Send an email to fwaoffice@fwa.org with your name, phone number and the date and title of the event you would like to go to. Or you can make a reservation over the phone (212.533.2141). Telephone reservations commit a member to payment even if she or he subsequently does not attend, unless a cancellation is received by the reserve/cancel date listed in the newsletter for the event.

Q. I'm not a member, how do I make a reservation?
A. Print out the reservation form (Adobe Acrobat file), and fax it into the FWA office with your credit card payment. Or you can mail us a check with the reservation form.
