On March 9, 2011, UBS and FWA partnered on a panel discussion about repositioning your career. This event was significant not only because of our esteemed panel members, but it was the Kick-off event for our new FWA Westchester and Southern Connecticut Task Force.

Our gracious host UBS, under the direction of Anna Gitelman and Will Robalino, provided the venue and opportunity for networking, along with beverages and plenty of food. Our diverse panel consisted of four women from UBS and three women from the FWA. The panel discussion was moderated by Mary Gilmartin also a Co-Chair of FWA WestConn.

There is great power and karma to a group of senior women in this industry getting together, and the more junior women need to learn how to network, and the enthusiasm it can instill in them. I was pleased to meet other women who live in the surrounding area, as it's often difficult to have these events outside of Manhattan.
