After Graeme Russell, the Grand Master of The Macallan, gave a fascinating and lighthearted introduction to Single Malt Scotch Whisky and Scotland, he led the attendees into the hands on Scotch tasting experience of three different Single Malts, The Macallan 12 Sherry Oak, The Macallan 15 Fine Oak, The Macallan 17 Fine Oak, and The Macallan 18.
As people were able to discover and learn about the individual Scotches, they also enjoyed the handmade pieces of Chocolates and Truffles which accompanied each Scotch to complement and enhance the flavor. The big surprise of the evening was a special treat from The Macallan, a glass of The Macallan 30 which all guests accepted with great pleasure. Special thanks is given to The Macallan's public relations agency, the Ruth Schwartz & Co., for their support in the entire concept.

FWA members Andrea Nierenberg, Janet Handal and Jeannette Paladino enjoy the reception. |
