Professional women who want to succeed in highly competitive fields, such as finance, sales, fund-raising, law, medicine/science, engineering, publishing, technology, and politics need a strategic mindset. Through a series of interactive exercises, increase your self-awareness of collaborative-competitive approaches, learn how to pursue goals with grace and positive energy, act more strategically, build effective business relationships, take smart risks, and view competition in a more positive light. Being competitive becomes an easy and playful event that earns you respect in any work environment without the stress that often creates burn-out and joylessness.

Who should attend: If you are a professional woman relatively new to a competitive industry or in transition and desiring to enter one; and, want to advance, enjoy your work, manage the competitiveness in a healthy way, and navigate your career.
