Mark your calendars today to attend the Annual Meeting and New Member Reception on Thursday, June 26. The current president, Lily Klebanoff Blake, will summarize the year’s achievements and pass the gavel to her successor, Kristin McDonough. The evening offers an excellent opportunity to meet the newest members of the FWA, network with your FWA colleagues, and learn more about opportunities to participate in the organization.

Incoming president Kristin McDonough will describe her vision for 2008-2009 and present the slate of Board members to be elected during the meeting. In addition, formal election results will be announced, culminating in the installation of the organization’s executive officers for the coming year.

An election package that contains a proxy for the election of the President-elect, Secretary, Treasurer and members of the Nominating Committee is being mailed to all members in early May.

Your vote is necessary to form a quorum,
so please return your proxy to the FWA office as soon as you receive it.
