Join us for a unique interactive session to define how your inborn personality code impacts your career. First, Congresswoman Carolyn Maloney will discuss how using the strengths of her style has helped her succeed in Congress for 15 years, rising to Chair of the House Financial Services Committee’s Financial Institutions Subcommittee.

Then you will take a self-scoring assessment and join others in exercises to learn about your:

  • Natural work-related strengths and potential blind spots
  • Ideal work environment and boss
  • Approach to money and negotiation
  • Entrepreneurial style
  • Career goal setting style and more

Congresswoman Carolyn Maloney has represented the 14th Congressional District since 1993. She is Chair of the House Financial Services Committee’s Financial Institutions Subcommittee, which has jurisdiction over the nation’s banking system.
