Join us on Monday, March 17th to hear Poonam Barua, Regional Director of the Conference Board, speak about the WILL Forum which brings together senior women executives nominated from across corporate India for an open and sustained dialogue on their aspirations, opportunities, nurturing mind-sets, mentoring and harnessing the rewards of collective thinking for improving the workplace in the coming years.
The WILL Forum has received an overwhelming response from corporate India with high participation of senior women executives from over 40 of India’s best performing private companies, public sector, and multinational companies including KPMG, Citigroup, Unilever, Pfizer, BP Castrol, Ford, Microsoft, Agilent Technologies, JWT, and The World Bank.
Poonam Barua is Director of Public Affairs Management (PAMASIA); an independent New Delhi based firm specializing in corporate and institutional diplomacy, global corporate advisory services, and mandating communities of thought- leadership across a range of diverse stakeholders.
She is also concurrently Regional Director - India, The Conference Board (New York), and has been heading their India operations for the past eight years. She has also been leading The Conference Board's highly successful "Human Resources Council - India", "Council on Corporate Governance and Risk-Management - India", and the "Council on Community Involvement- India" -- and has been closely involved with guiding corporate debate and business research on these issues with senior executives and CEOs in Indian and multinational companies.
