The Financial Women’s Association (FWA) today announced that according to its 2007 member survey, 96% of respondents believe that women are being paid less than men for comparable work.

Survey: Finance Women See No Progress in Pay Parity
The FWA press release on the member survey conducted in 2007 was the basis of an article published on CFO.com. The article reports that almost all respondents think that their gender holds them back in their career and that there hasn't been much improvement in pay parity since the initial survey conducted in 1983.
